The role

This role is ideal for a designer who can make beautiful apps like Airbnb, Uber, Slack, Monday.com and Netflix. And understand why each of them is an excellent example of perfect UX.

• Make sure you have a great portfolio to present (preferably mobile apps or web dashboards in English).
• Make sure you know what UX is and what you have applied to your designs. You will be asked challenging questions during your interview.
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Ability to explain why UX A is better than B

Your background

• Minimum five years of experience in Design (UI/UX)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UI-UX Designer
• Exceptional UI design portfolio on the web dashboard, online marketplace, and mobile apps (preferably in the English language).
• Professionalism in Figma
