The role
Reporting to our Team Lead, you will be working with our team of high-performing members. Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
- Relationship management - Finding & dealing with Lawyers, and accountants, deliveries.
- Manage employee relationships - organizing employee-related events with HR and other employees for immigration process, travel tickets, and events.
- Organizing events and meetings for networking and business relationship.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Organize the daily planner and meeting notes.
- Run errands as requested.
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
Your background
- Fluent in English
- Proof of experience personal assistant in IT companies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
